Christiane Dolva

Christiane Dolva is Head of Innovation, Research & Demonstration at H&M Foundation, where she leads teams working across these areas and sets the strategy and direction for the foundation’s efforts in innovation, research, and demonstration.

She is a seasoned sustainability expert committed to exploring innovative solutions that can decarbonize the textile industry while ensuring a just and fair transition for both people and the planet. With a career spanning more than 17 years, she has been instrumental in advancing sustainability initiatives across different industries. She previously served as Global Sustainability Director at Fjällräven, where she embedded sustainability into the company’s core business strategies and built a global partner network. She is also an entrepreneur, having founded an advisory firm for sustainable business management, driven by her motivation to understand how companies can contribute to sustainable transformation.

Ms. Dolva was named Business Woman of the Year by the Swedish Sports Association in 2020. She has also held board positions with the Scandinavian Outdoor Group and the MISTRA Sports and Outdoor research program.
